Rooted and Open - Meditation Practice with Kristen
In times of isolation it’s especially important to reclaim connection to ourselves, to each other.
In this breath and meditation session Kristen shares practices to support you to notice and tend to what your body, mind and spirit want and need. Using breath, sound, and silence we will experiment with deepening our connection to the world around us while staying connected and centered in ourselves. All you need is a comfortable place to sit and room to spread your arms wide. You may also want to have a glass of water nearby.
